RESPONSIBILITIES

• Aligning IT operations with the support of the Manager of Digital Operations to organizational
• Monitoring security portals and optimizing security
  • Email security
  • Endpoint security
• Liaison with phone service provider and troubleshooting on behalf of
• Inventory management of corporate
  • Receiving requests for devices and tracking orders
  • Maintaining inventory and ensuring its accuracy
  • Refreshing out of date devices
• Supporting staff with device
• Identifying, creating, testing, and implementing group policies for corporate devices, accessing company resources on personal devices, and security of digital company
• Creating and maintaining documentation on IT policies and
• Managing access to, licenses for, security of, and troubleshooting of cloud
• Supporting the IT Assistant with regular
• Running testing for and documenting of CRM updates and
• Liaison with CRM developer on staff issues and documenting
• Backing up system information from our CRM and productivity
• Auditing our cloud environment to limit data sprawl and to ensure digital resources are secure and in appropriate access
• Reporting to Stakeholders quarterly on our security ratings and on IT

Who are you:

You are an individual with experience or education in working in Information Technology. You can manage multiple communication channels and support requests while balancing project timelines. You understand basic principles of cyber security and the vulnerabilities an organization can have so that you can support in the development and lead the implementation of our organizations IT strategy. You also have strong-people skills that will allow for you to collaborate with other staff on solutions and allow you to support staff with any troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced level experience using Microsoft 365 products and Windows
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a leadership role with professionalism, courtesy, and
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential material and information with
• Possess excellent communication and people skills for working with external IT supports, end users, and
• Ability to learn new skills and research
