Conference Theme and Subthemes
We invite proposals that align with the main theme “Driving Economic Success: The Impact of Disability Inclusion in the Canadian Workplace” and the following subthemes for each day:
Day 1 – Fostering Innovation: The Economic and Competitive Advantages of a Diverse Workforce:
Discover how disability inclusion fosters creativity and innovation within the workplace. Learn from experts and thought leaders about the unique perspectives and problem-solving abilities that a diverse workforce brings, and how these can lead to groundbreaking ideas and solutions.
Day 2 – Strategic Excellence: Implementing and Measuring the Economic Impact of Disability Inclusion:
Gain practical insights into the strategic implementation of disability inclusion initiatives. This day will focus on best practices for integrating inclusive policies and the key metrics for measuring their impact. Understand how to effectively track progress and demonstrate the tangible benefits of disability inclusion on your organization’s performance. Provide input on collective efforts to advance inclusive employment in Canada.
