Overall, I had a great time working with CCRW. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with, and they were open to answer any questions I had. I learned about what the workplace feels like and workplace etiquette; as well as how to write emails, resumes, cover letters, and other documents. We would also host mock interviews to make me feel more confident about a job interview. Every week I would have an individual meeting with a CCRW Employment Coach and we would talk about my status on job searching. CCRW was also kind and generous enough to pay the tuition fee for my college course from May-December 2023. Even after my last meeting with my CCRW Employment Coach in March 2023, I was still able to have meetings with another Employment Coach from April 2023 to February 2024, where I would share the status of my job searching and on school, as well as how I was feeling. After this program, I now feel much more confident with being productive in a work environment and I cannot thank CCRW enough for all the help and support I received from them.
