Debbie's leadership as Chief Operating Officer was instrumental in driving our operations forward, showcasing unparalleled dedication and expertise. Her strategic prowess, combined with relentless efforts, has fuelled our organization's growth and success.
Now, as Chief Strategy Officer, Debbie continues to harness her exceptional skills to propel our strategic initiatives and foster innovation across all fronts. Her transition to this pivotal role underscores not only her capabilities but also our unwavering confidence in her ability to lead us to even greater heights.
Previously, Debbie worked at Geneva Centre for Autism for over 15 years in a number of progressive positions ending in the CEO role. Debbie has led system change programs, training and consultation programs and played an instrumental role in the development of a coordinated, collaborative service delivery system in Toronto, specifically in the area developmental disabilities and autism.
Since 2014, Debbie has volunteered on the board of the Canadian Autism Spectrum Disorder Alliance (CASDA) as Vice Chair and Chair, working towards the development of a National Autism Strategy.
