Vanessa Sinclair, PhD is the Director of Research and Evaluation at the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW). Vanessa is a social scientist and community-based researcher whose research interests include workplace inclusion; stigma, attitudes, and attitude change; and labour market participation. She received her doctorate in social psychology at Western University and has been leading CCRW’s disability and employment research initiatives for the past 4 years.
