Former CCRW Board Chair Kathy Malley receives the Mark Wafer Award for Business Excellence

The Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW) proudly congratulates our former Board Member and past Board Chair, Kathy Malley, on receiving the Mark Wafer Award for Business Excellence from the Canadian Association for Supported Employment (CASE).
Kathy served on CCRW’s Board for over a decade—three of those years as Chair—guiding the organization through a transformational period and the global pandemic. Her leadership and unwavering commitment to disability inclusion in the workforce have left a lasting impact on CCRW and beyond.
Kathy is the Vice President of Malley Industries, a company who innovates to manufacture accessible ambulances and other emergency vehicles, wheelchair accessible vehicles, design engineering and plastics manufacturing.
CASE is a national association of community-based service providers and stakeholders working towards employment inclusion of persons experiencing disability. CASE’s Mark Wafer Award for Business Excellence recognizes outstanding businesses that have made significant contributions to the promotion of full citizenship and personal capacity for persons who experience disability through the facilitation of increased labour market participation and outcomes within Canada.
CCRW is honoured to be a member of CASE and is thrilled to see Kathy recognized for her outstanding contributions to disability inclusion in Canadian workplaces.
