Brandon is an advisor to several of North America's most complex and innovative companies, specializing in leadership and talent management. With extensive experience across some of the world’s most recognized executive search firms, Brandon is a Partner at True Search, serving as a senior member of Financial Services and Technology practices while helping to lead their expanding footprint in Canada.

Prior to joining True Search, Brandon was a key member of the Global Financial Services and Technology practices at Russell Reynolds Associates. 

Brandon brings a unique perspective to CCRW from his earlier work as an operator in the non-profit sector. An experienced Board Director, he has been instrumental in helping non-profit leaders drive community engagement and philanthropic initiatives, reflecting a strong commitment to giving back to his communities. As a practitioner, his unique blend of experience helps inform his holistic approach to leadership and organizational development.

Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Nipissing University and a Master's degree in Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
