The Untapped Talent+ Pilot Program is an exciting expansion of our job board, Untapped Talent, where disability-confident employers advertise open positions to job seekers with disabilities. This pilot program goes beyond job listings, providing additional tools and training resources to help job seekers thrive and succeed in the workplace.

Organizations with an Untapped Talent+ license gain access to:

• 60+ eLearning courses on employment and soft skills, available in English, French, American Sign Language (ASL), and Langue des signes québécoise (LSQ)

• 18 employment skill assessments

• Jobscan – A robust tool for resume optimization, cover letter writing, job application tracking, LinkedIn optimization, and more
