Job postings from Canada Job Bank are jobs from employers who support persons with disabilities. This means the employer either:

• Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities
• Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, or
• Applies accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities

Untapped Talent is CCRW’s job board that helps close the job gap between people with and without disabilities. Employers can post jobs, and job seekers can find work and helpful tools.

Untapped Talent officially launched in January 2025 and already has amassed 2805 job seekers with disabilities across Canada with representation from 11 of our country’s 13 provinces and territories.
