Reverse Job Fair

October 6, 2023 | 11-1PM
3380 Barnstead Lane, Halifax, NS

This event flips the traditional job fair dynamic on its head, with inclusive employers becoming the seekers, while talented and ready employees proudly advertise their skills, interests, and availability.

Join us for a remarkable event that embraces the spirit of Disability Employment Awareness Month and empowers persons with disabilities. Easter Seals Nova Scotia's New Leaf Enterprises proudly presents the New Leaf Reverse Job Fair, an event designed to foster inclusivity and create opportunities for job seekers with disabilities. On Friday, October 6th, from 11 AM to 1 PM, we invite you to be a part of this transformative experience.

At the Reverse Job Fair, job seekers take the spotlight with their own booths, showcasing their unique skills and engaging in informal interviews with potential employers. It's an event where inclusivity takes center stage, as employers actively seek out qualified candidates for a wide range of job opportunities.

CCRW has helped to organize, donate funds, and provide candidates for the Reverse Job Fair. This event flips the traditional job fair dynamic on its head, with inclusive employers becoming the seekers, while talented and ready employees proudly advertise their skills, interests, and availability.

We are excited to create a space where abilities shine, and opportunities flourish. To apply for the Reverse Job Fair, click here! Let's come together to make a difference in the lives of Nova Scotians during Disability Employment Awareness Month and beyond.
