Recruitment, training, and onboarding support.
CCRW has partnerships with employers across Canada who we support in a variety of ways.
One of our main supports is the recruitment of skilled and motivated candidates for open positions an employer has. We have a stream of job seekers who we work closely with to help us understand their skill level and to support them in developing their skills. We then review the job descriptions of our employers and provide candidates who we believe has the skills and experience needed to fill the role.
Beyond supporting the hiring process, we also support in the onboarding of CCRW candidates at their places of work. This includes job coaching, awareness training, adjustment supports, and financial resources.
