Nova Scotia and New Brunswick HR professionals now have a new opportunity to enhance their expertise in inclusive employment. CCRW's Disability Confidence Training, designed to empower workplaces to become more accessible and equitable for people with disabilities, has been pre-approved for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours by CPHR Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

This approval means that HR professionals across Nova Scotia and New Brunswick can now complete the training and earn CPD hours toward maintaining their CPHR designation, further reinforcing the industry’s commitment to fostering disability-inclusive workplaces.

By endorsing this training, CPHR Nova Scotia continues to take meaningful action toward improving employment outcomes for people with disabilities. The program equips HR professionals with essential knowledge and tools to break down barriers, support equitable hiring practices, and promote workplace accessibility.

This milestone reflects a growing movement toward workplace inclusivity and highlights the increasing recognition of disability confidence as a critical component of HR leadership. Update: Now HRPA-Approved for CPD Hours

We’re also proud to share that the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) has approved CCRW’s Disability Confidence Credential (Leader and Employer) for 4 CPD hours per monthly session from May 2025 through April 2026.

Each session has been assigned a unique CPD code, which will be shared with participants upon verified completion. Please note: CPD codes may not be posted publicly and are for individual use only, as per HRPA policy.
