Champney's West Heritage Group (CWHG) operates a public Aquarium during the summer months. A youth member of the community diagnosed with a neurodivergent condition was interested in working at the Aquarium, CWHG did not have any funding to support his employment. CCRW kindly provided funding Exemplary, CCRW's staff made the whole process easy and was available to answer questions when needed The individual who worked at the Aquarium grew in confidence and developed true friendships with other members of the team.
