Shanna Ramm, BDM, CDMP-E, CPHR obtained her Bachelor of Disability Management and became a Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) in 2020 and achieving CDMP - Executive certification in 2026. Shanna also holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology from the University of Saskatchewan, and an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management from Saskatchewan Polytechnic. With 20 years of experience in human resources and disability management, Shanna’s most significant career accomplishments are the development and delivery of value-added return-to-work and disability management programs and wellness programming with a focus on psychological wellness that supports positive return-to-work and work retention outcomes. Shanna sits on the Board of Governors for the Pacific Coast University for Workplace Health Sciences. She is dedicated to advocating for, and making positive contributions to, inclusive and equitable employment opportunities for persons with disability in any capacity afforded to her.
