CCRW Research in HR Reporter Article on Workplace Accommodations for Women with Disabilities

We’re thrilled to announce that CCRW’s research has been featured in a recent article published by HR Reporter! The piece, titled Women with Disabilities Less Likely to Have Accommodations, Finds Study, sheds light on the challenges women with disabilities face in accessing workplace accommodations.
The article explores key findings from CCRW’s study, which reveal disparities in how accommodations are provided. For example, it highlights that while women are more likely than men to have disabilities, they are less likely to receive the workplace supports they need. Additionally, the article discusses broader systemic issues impacting inclusion, such as how disability rates vary by employment status.
As a leading voice for disability inclusion in Canada, CCRW is proud to contribute to this critical conversation and remains committed to advocating for equitable access to accommodations for everyone.
