After hiring a CCRW job seeker, two things became quickly evident. The first was that the candidate could not function in a traditional nine to five office environment. The second was that they were grossly under-employed. By offering flexible work hours and by utilizing their internet skills, I transitioned them to an ISO Manager, a position I had great difficulty in filling. They get to work from home, and I get a well-educated and loyal employee who only ever wanted an opportunity to show their skills.
