About the Webinar

This 90-minute, interactive webinar will share key findings from our recent research on the employment experiences of d/Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing (DHH) workers. We will focus on the insights, strategies, and resources that participants in British Columbia identified as most helpful throughout the job search and workplace journey. The session will begin with a brief overview of the project's goals and methods, followed by key findings related to common barriers, effective self-advocacy approaches, and workplace supports that make a meaningful difference. We will also discuss next steps for the research and where to access additional project materials. The session will conclude with an open Q&A.
