Launch of Untapped Talent

In Canada, the employment rate of persons with disabilities is 62%, significantly lower than the 78% employment rate of persons without disabilities. This disparity is often due to barriers related to workplace accommodations and disability discrimination.
Untapped Talent was created by CCRW not just to help disability confident employers fill positions—we want to change lives, build stronger, more diverse workplaces, and help to reduce the 16% employment rate gap between persons with and without disabilities. This job board will launch on October 23rd, 2024 for job seekers to register. Employers can sign up now to receive a free job posting for when we launch.
