This pilot program goes beyond job listings, providing additional tools and training resources to help job seekers thrive and succeed in the workplace.

About Untapped Talent+

Untapped Talent+ is designed to help employment service providers and community organizations better support job seekers with disabilities throughout their employment journey. By combining job opportunities with skills development, career readiness tools, and accessible learning resources, the platform helps participants build confidence and prepare for long-term workplace success.

For organizations, Untapped Talent+ offers a comprehensive way to enhance employment programming and provide clients with accessible, high-quality career development resources. By integrating learning, assessment, and employment support into one platform, organizations can help job seekers build the skills and confidence needed for long-term success.

Through partnerships like this one with Selections Career Support Services, CCRW is expanding access to innovative employment supports that promote inclusion, accessibility, and meaningful workforce participation for people with disabilities across Canada.
