CPHR Newfoundland & Labrador Endorses CCRW’s Disability Confidence Training for CPD Credit

We’re pleased to share that CPHR Newfoundland & Labrador (CPHR-NL) has recognized the Disability Confidence Training developed by the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW) as eligible for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credit. This recognition gives HR professionals across Newfoundland and Labrador a clear pathway to count CCRW’s training toward their CPD while building practical skills to advance disability inclusion in the workplace.

Through this training, participants gain actionable strategies to make hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day practices more accessible—supporting stronger, more equitable teams and better business outcomes.
