CCRW is inviting proposals from qualified managed IT service providers to support a secure, reliable, and responsive technology environment for our national team.

Scope of Services

The selected provider will deliver core operational IT services, including:

• Employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Service desk and technical support.
• Device provisioning and management.
• Microsoft 365 and identity administration.
• Endpoint security, cybersecurity monitoring, and incident response.
• Related documentation, reporting, and operational advice.

Accessibility and inclusive service delivery are key requirements, including accessible support options and support for employees who use assistive technologies.

Submission Details

Proposal deadline: November 18, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
