Jeffrey has worked in the nonprofit sector for over eight year and has always been excited about how technology can make processes easier. For the last four years, Jeffrey has been with CCRW and invested in the mission to make the workforce in Canada more inclusive for persons with disabilities. Jeffrey oversees the Digital Operations team who creates tools and resources to support job seekers and workers with disabilities who are entering the workforce.

Michelle Pandith
Business Consultant, INNoVA
Michelle began her career working with job seekers with disabilities.  Over the years she built relationships with businesses who wanted to become more accessible to the job seekers she was supporting.  Michelle enjoys finding innovative ways to help businesses reach their accessibility goals so that they can be part of a more inclusive Canada.
