This session introduces job seekers with disabilities to innovative AI tools that enhance their learning and professional development. Participants will explore practical applications of generative AI, such as personalized learning plans, skill-building exercises, and real-time feedback, to improve their work-related competencies.

This engaging workshop aims to empower attendees with cutting-edge technology, fostering a supportive environment for sharing experiences and gaining valuable insights into leveraging AI for career success.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is designed for job seekers with disabilities who are interested in using generative AI tools to support learning for work, as well as employment practitioners, service providers, and partners who want to better understand how AI can be used to support career development.

Linda Brown

eLearning and Curriculum Developer, Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW)

Linda is the eLearning and Curriculum Developer at CCRW and is responsible for the development, creation, deployment, and maintenance of the client-facing eLearning environment. She began at CCRW in 2020 as a Youth Employment Facilitator and worked hands-on with youth before transitioning into the eLearning role where she has created over 50 eLearning courses, 3 eBooks, and countless resources, guides, and toolkits to support employment success for job seekers with disabilities.

Linda also identifies as a neurodivergent person and brings lived experience, formal education, and over two decades of experience advancing equity initiatives for marginalized groups into her practice.
