This engaging session will unpack CCRW's Built Environment Toolkit, part of the Disability Confidence Toolkit. It is designed to guide HR professionals, DEI committees, Safety and Facility professionals, and legal teams through four essential tools that support a more accessible built environment:

• Exploring the foundations of inclusive design
• Identifying barriers
• Creating a blueprint for accessible environments
• Performing accessibility audits

Attendees will learn how to move beyond minimum compliance and build spaces that are welcoming, usable, and adaptable for every individual who enters.
