We have made it our mission to help people with disabilities break down barriers to employment.
Our Employment Services serve 3 main purposes:
1. To support job seekers (across Canada) with all types of disability, who wish to find meaningful employment
2. To support businesses who wish to hire employees who are persons with disabilities
3. To share our resources, experiences, and skills in order to make employment opportunities accessible for every candidate

CCRW provides specialized employment support to our job seekers with disabilities and/or job seekers facing barriers. We work with our candidates to help them acquire the skills and knowledge to help navigate today’s workforce.
Our support starts with the development of an in-depth intake and creation of an Employment Skills Profile, to guide service delivery including support with resumes, interviews, coaching, skills enhancement and supporting return-to-work transition.
We support businesses in their talent acquisition needs through access to qualified talent in the business talent management stream and support with increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
We provide job matching services to support businesses across the country hire and retain the talent of job seekers with disabilities.
